Professional Information:
Mark Cohen formed CenterPoint Commercial Properties, LLC. in January of 2001 after working with both boutique and large real estate brokerage houses. Mark began his real estate career in 1990 working with developers in the Dallas/Ft. Worth marketplace. He assisted contractors and owners in the construction and preparation of newly improved properties in both the residential and commercial fields. He then moved to the marketing side of the business. There, he aided brokers and developers in locating properties for local and national retailers. After several years of research and marketing experience, Mark entered the brokerage area of real estate with Henry S. Miller Commercial in 1995.
After several years, he moved to Cornerstone Commercial Real Estate Services. He was the in-house specialist with the company for leasing small shop retail space.He spearheaded the leasing efforts of many shopping centers in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. This extensive list included existing properties, as well as new developments. He also focused on tenant representation services with nationally expanding tenants such as Church’s Fried Chicken, Jamba Juice, The Good Egg, Castle Dental, Philly Connection, and Packaging and Shipping Specialists.These clients, along with the experience to handle transactions effectively for his clients, allowed Markto venture out and create CenterPoint Commercial Properties. The foundation of the companywas to provide the service and attention to detail expected from every client.
Associations: Mark is active in several professional real estate organizations, including the International Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.
Education:Mark graduated in December, 1995, from the University of Missouri with a dual BSBA degree in Real Estate and in Finance & Banking.

Nick Virani
Professional Information:
Nick Virani joined CenterPoint Commercial Properties in April of 2006. He began his real estate career in 2003 with CBS Realty Group, a small boutique commercial real estate company. He specializes in the sale of shopping centers and retail investment properties.Prior to his real estate career, Nick’s first venture was a grocery store and restaurant.He opened it in 1992 while still in school at California State University, Northbridge. After graduating in 1994, he expanded the company by opening a second location.In 1999, Nick moved to Dallas/Ft Worth, and started a consulting firm to assist small organizations with their business plans, site selection, business development, marketing, and merchandising of their products and services. His experience as a business owner and operator allowed him to have the insight and anticipation into other operators needs for success. Nick’s clients benefit from his astute personalized service.
Associations: Nick is an active member of North Texas Commercial Associations of Realtors and International Council of Shopping Centers.
Education: Nick acquired his degree in accounting in 1994 from California State University, Northridge.

Bill Wastoskie
Professional Information:
Bill Wastoskie joined CenterPoint Commercial Properties in January of 2008 after a long history in the real estate market including positions with developers, a real estate investment trust, and several large brokerage companies.
Bill began his real estate career in 1997 working with a Dallas firm that developed Wal-Mart out parcels in several states including Kentucky, Colorado and Texas. In 1999, Bill joined Corrigan Real Estate Services, which later merged into Colliers International.For over five years, he serviced both institutional and independent owners of shopping centers.In 2004, Bill joined Venture Commercial, where he continued to focus on project leasing and tenant representation.Some of his more recognized clients have included Herbmart, Batteries Plus and Northern Tool and Equipment.He also assisted in the negotiations for two of the top 10 largest Metroplex Retail Deals in the Dallas Business Journal: L.A. Fitness, ranked eighth (2005) and Incredible Pizza (2006), ranked fourth.In 2006, Bill joined Weingarten Realty Investors to lease both existing and ground up projects and to assist the company’s new development office with pre-leasing efforts.
Bill continues to lease projects for preferred clients and provides leasing expertise and market knowledge gained thru his years of experience in the shopping center industry. Personal attention and service is what has made him successful.
Associations: Bill is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Center and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.
Education:Bill graduated from Austin College in Sherman, Texas with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. His areas of focus were Kinesiology and Business
